Incomplete

What a week!  My classroom is all set up and everything is ready for the first day of school.  I still feel like there is a ton of stuff that needs to get done, but I suppose that will always be the case.  My prayer for this year is that the kids feel the love of Christ when they are in my room.

Malaysia
There are two distinct parts to this country- one on the lower half of the Thailand peninsula and the other on the top part of the island of Borneo.  Lots of different peoples with a total of 145 languages.  There are only 16 Bible translations.  Sunni Islam is the official religion, with rules against other religions proselytizing.  There is a wide gap between rich and poor, and minority groups are experiencing frustration that may lead to their leaving the country.  Malay is the official language, so Christians are adjusting their literature, but the government fears this and is placing restrictions on them.
